This Privacy Policy explains how Corten Steel Company (a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit cortensteel.irish or buy from us. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

We handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Ireland's Data Protection Act 2018.

• To keep accounting and tax records: a legal obligation.

We share personal data only as needed to operate the store: with our payment processors, the couriers who deliver your order, the provider that hosts this website, our email provider, and our analytics provider. Some of our service providers store or process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, and our company is based outside the EEA.
