"content": "Shipping Last updated 25 September 2026. Where we deliver We deliver across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray, Navan. We publish one delivery time for every destination: 5 to 7 days on the standard service once your order has been handled, or 1 to 2 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time if you choose express in the cart. What delivery costs Delivery is free on orders of €100 or more. Below that, a flat €25 delivery charge applies. Prices are in euro and nothing is added at checkout beyond delivery. The delivery charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so there is never a surprise at checkout. You can also choose express delivery in the cart for €25, which arrives in 1 to 2 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Express is a paid upgrade, so that charge applies to every express order, including orders that would otherwise qualify for free delivery. How long it takes Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Standard delivery then takes 5 to 7 days, so allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving. Express delivery takes 1 to 2 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Edging, planters and fire pits are heavy, and long or bulky items can take the upper end of either range. Tracking Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you sooner than that. Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our Track Your Parcel page. Separate parcels For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you. Questions before you order If you need an order by a particular date, email us at theteam@customersupport.care before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.",

The Consumer Rights Act 2022 applies to faulty or misdescribed goods and is unaffected.",
"content": "Refunds & Returns Last updated 25 September 2026. This policy sets out how returns work when you buy from us for delivery in Ireland. Your legal right to cancel: 14 days When you buy online from us you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days. The 14 days start the day after you, or someone you name, receive the goods. To cancel, tell us clearly, by email to theteam@customersupport.care with your order number. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to use a form. Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We refund everything you paid us for the order, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of hearing from you, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the goods reach us, or until you show us proof that you have posted them, before we pay. You pay the direct cost of sending the goods back. We can only reduce a refund if the goods have lost value because they were handled more than was needed to see what they are and how they work. Our own 15 day change-of-mind window We also accept change-of-mind returns within 15 days of the original purchase, under our own published policy. Whichever of the two windows runs longer for your order applies. For a return in this window, please send the product back in its original packaging with your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website. You pay the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, and we refund the price you paid for the goods, back to the payment method you used, or held as credit against a future order if you would rather. Nothing we sell is made to order Everything we sell is a standard stock item. Nothing is cut, altered or built to your measurement, so the right to cancel covers a planter or a fire pit exactly as it covers the edging, the panels and the garden art. We would still rather you ordered the right thing first time. If you are not sure which edging height suits a raised bed, whether a planter fits the balcony, or how much clearance a fire pit needs, email us at theteam@customersupport.care before you order and we will work it out with you. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items This part applies to everything we sell, and nothing above affects it. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, the goods we sell you must be of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose they are sold for, and match how we described them. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right at no cost to you. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject faulty goods for a full refund; after that we will repair or replace the item, and if that does not work you can have a price reduction or your money back. We cover the cost of returning a faulty item. Damaged in transit If a parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photograph of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund and we cover the return postage. Photographs help us take it up with the courier, so they speed things along, but they are not a condition of your rights. Items missing or the wrong thing sent Tell us and we will fix it. If the parcel never arrives, or arrives with parts missing, or contains something you did not order, that is on us to resolve and it costs you nothing. How to return something Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and a short note about what you would like to do. We will reply with the return address and confirm who pays the postage in your case. Please contact us before sending anything back, so the return reaches the right place and is credited to your order. We aim to process refunds within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the returned goods, and always within the time the law allows. Payment providers usually take a few further working days to show the money back on your statement. We cannot accept returns of items bought from a third party retailer rather than from this website. Cancelling before dispatch Any order can be cancelled free of charge before it is dispatched, and you are refunded in full. Returns and cancellations carry no extra charge from us. Most orders are packed within 24 hours of ordering, so if you need to change or cancel a paid order, contact us as soon as you can and we will tell you where yours has got to. If something goes wrong If you are unhappy with how we have handled a return, email caseresolution@customersupport.care with your order number and a person will look at it again from the start. If we still cannot resolve it, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission ( ccpc.ie ) explains your options. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.",
